This ride is offered  to cyclists who want to discover more about the discipline of enduro (timed descents).
 
We will first take the time to explain all the facets of this discipline (the format, the courses, the equipment, the racing environment in Quebec...). We  will then practice  some specific aspects of enduro  and different techniques specific to it. To end the day, we will organize a race simulation which will include 3 timed descents on 3 different courses. -136bad5cf58d_
 
Departure (1:00 p.m.) and arrival (5:00 p.m.) will take place on Sunday, October 25 at sera at the tourist information center on Montée Ryan (4 corners). 5080 Montée Ryan, Mont-Tremblant.
